New Records and Archives Website
We are excited to share with you our refreshed Records and Archives website. It has been redesigned with new content and procedures to better assist you with archiving your records.
Service Request and Data Entry changes
We have made it easier to request service or submit new box data – simply complete our new online Service Request.
PLEASE NOTE: While we will continue to accept older PDF forms through August 31, 2020, effective September 1, 2020, all service requests and new box data must be submitted using the new online form.
We are happy to assist you with our new online form, retention schedules, best practices, and policies and procedures. We value your feedback.
