Office 365 QuickHelp Tutorials Available

University Information Technology Services
October 2, 2017

Confused by all the application tiles in Microsoft Office 365? Now you can get quick help for Office 365 needs at quickhelp.com/ua.

As part of the university’s move to Office 365, Microsoft is providing a 90-day subscription to online tutorials that explain the various Microsoft products and how to use them. Each tutorial is short – explore an entire "skill path" of tutorials on a topic as you have time, or just pick one or two on a feature you want to learn to use.

The QuickHelp service from Brainstorm is available this October, November, and December to all members of the UA community.

  • Students, faculty, and staff can learn more about One Note, One Drive, online documents, and the many other features available in Office 365
  • Faculty and staff using the new UAConnect365 service can learn more about using Office 365’s Mail, Calendar, Skype for Business, and Contacts.

Go to quickhelp.com/ua and log in with your NetID and password. The first time you log in, you will go through a short account setup process.

QuickHelp provides Microsoft training to the general population. Look for the UA-specific content for the most accurate information on Office 365 at the University of Arizona.

If you have issues with your UA Office 365 account, contact the 24/7 IT Support Center at (520) 626-TECH (8324) or support.arizona.edu
