Notice of Permanent Adoption of Policy:

PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY RESPONSE POLICY

Pursuant to the authority established by Arizona Board of Regents Policy No. 1-201, et seq., and the University of Arizona’s policy on University Policy-making, the following action is proposed:

PERMANENT ADOPTION OF PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY RESPONSE POLICY

SUMMARY: This Policy provides for the health and safety of the University of Arizona community during a pandemic and other public health or safety emergencies. Due to the continuous changes to the University's COVID-19 response to align with county, state, and federal guidelines, the Specific Health and Safety Measures in Response to  COVID-19 Appendix was removed from the Policy. Alternatively, the reader is directed to the UArizona COVID-19 Response website for the most current information.

A copy of the approved permanent Policy is available on the University Policies website.
