PSOS/Employee Link Retirement

Subject: PSOS/Employee Link Retirement

Date: December 18, 2012

The PSOS (Personnel Services Operating System) and Employee Link System are scheduled for retirement on Friday, January 18, 2013. After servicing the University community for many years, – PSOS, thirty and Employee Link, eight – these systems have been replaced by HCM (the Human Capital Management System) made available for campus usage on September 28, 2009. A team of stakeholders met in preparation for the January system retirements. This group determined that all required data have migrated to the HCM System or are being housed in the EPM Warehouse.

The University of Arizona is required to retain three years of tax forms for our employees, so those individuals who would like to obtain copies of W2s issued between the years 2001-2008, must log into Employee Link to print copies prior to system retirement on January 18th, 2013. The link for Employee Link is https://emplink.arizona.edu/pls/portal30/ELINK.DYN_ELINK_LOGIN.show.  All W2 requests after this date should be directed to the IRS for assistance at www.irs.gov.
