Psychology Department's Behavioral Health Clinic Accepting New Patients
The Psychology Department's Behavioral Health Clinic (BHC) is currently accepting new patients.
The BHC is a training facility for advanced psychology trainees enrolled in the Clinical Psychology Ph.D. program at the University of Arizona and is dedicated to providing high-quality and affordable treatment and assessment services to the University of Arizona and Tucson communities. The BHC is staffed by clinicians in training, allowing the BHC to provide a variety of therapy and assessment services to the Tucson community at greatly reduced cost. Individual therapy sessions occur weekly and cost $25 per session.
The BHC offers individual therapy services for a range of issues relating to anxiety, depression, and stress, including:
- Panic Attacks
- Worry or Generalized Anxiety
- Social Anxiety
- Specific Phobias
- Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
- Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
- Depression
