Public Open Houses: To Review Draft Long-Range Regional Transit Plan

Pima Association of Governments (PAG), in partnership with the City of Tucson, invites you to attend an open house to review a draft Long-Range Regional Transit Plan. In the fall of 2018, we held public meetings and conducted online and in-person surveys about transit. After technical review of all public comments, this draft plan was developed.

What to expect:

  • Review of past public input and data to create the draft plan
  • Understand how the draft plan balances frequency (buses come more often) and coverage (buses go to more places)
  • Discussion and public input on the draft plan
  • Maps, information and displays on transit
  • Opportunities to ask questions and provide comments

This event and the materials presented will be in English. Spanish-speaking staff will be available to discuss and explain project concepts and the materials. Public comments can be made in English or Spanish.

To reach El Pueblo Center: Head south on Sixth Avenue/South Nogales Highway. Just south of Irvington Road, turn west into El Pueblo Center parking lot. “Recreation Center” parking is the closest lot to Building 9, which is on the south end of the El Pueblo Center campus.
