Subject: 'Quick Chats for Caregivers' Presentation Series
Date: Oct 01, 2021

As Caregivers, we know it is essential to stay up to date with caregiving information and resources. However, with work and life balance, our time is limited. Over the next few months, Life and Work Connections will offer “Quick Chats for Caregivers”, a 30-minute lunchtime virtual series. These collaborative "chats" will feature both the services of community caregiving agencies and essential caregiving topics. “Quick Chats for Caregivers” will offer input on balancing our roles, defining needs, self-care, and accessing support and assistance.
