The Division of Human Resources invites you to participate in Crucial Conversations For Mastering Dialogue.
The course and practices are backed by 30 years of social science and represent the standard in effective communication and the marker of high-performance individuals and organizations.
The 12-hour Crucial Conversations program teaches dialogue skills that lead to results when stakes are high, opinions vary and emotions run strong. It empowers University faculty and staff to create productive spaces to discuss difficult or sensitive topics and workplace issues, leading to alignment and agreement on important matters.
The 9 skills addressed in the program turn into behaviors that:
- improve decision-making
- build relationships
- grow psychological safety
- enhance a commitment to action
University of Arizona deans, department heads, HR professionals and other leaders have already participated in Crucial Conversations at the University. Join them in this development opportunity to open dialogue and build the workplace you want.
The four-day cohorts are facilitated by UA certified trainers via Zoom at a cost of $275 per participant.
