Reminder to use Commencement University Release Time by May 28

Staff and faculty critical to University operations who needed to work the entire day on Friday, May 12, still received University release time. These hours are to be used by May 28.

As a reminder, four hours of University release time were given to all employees who normally would be scheduled to work on the afternoon of Friday, May 12, whether working from a University location or from home, in order to help transition campus from regular operations to 2023 Commencement activities.

Time reporting codes:

RLE – Exempt (Salary)
RLP – Nonexempt (Hourly)
RLS – Student Workers
RLG – Graduate Assistants/Associates

Codes will be active in UAccess Employee until May 28.
