The SBAR Explorer Internship Program is a 2-week summer internship program at the University of Arizona for high school and college students. SBAR Explorer Interns will spend an immersive two weeks exploring the scientific method, analyzing actual SBAR data to pose questions and conduct research on issues facing the arid southwest. Students will attend seminars taught by University of Arizona faculty on topics including science education, plant genetics, hydrology, and soil science. Students will also collaborate with Extension Agents who are conducting SBAR research. Interns will produce a scientific poster, which will be presented at an SBAR Internship Symposium in Tucson in late July. Dates: June 13-24, 2022.

The SBAR Research Internship Program is an intensive, 6-week summer internship program for high school and college students to explore degrees and careers in agriculture and biotechnology.
