Science Fiction Novelist Kim Stanley Robinson Reads On Friday

Acclaimed science-fiction novelist Kim Stanley Robinson will be reading on Friday April 5 at 7 p.m. at the Poetry Center. The College of Humanities asks that you RSVP (it's free) in order to get a head count prior to the event. Here is more information:

The event is the capstone talk of the Department of English's "Convergences" program, an annual theme that this year has focused on "The Technological Sublime 2.0."  Robinson's talk is also part of the graduate-student conference, "New Directions." The event is supported by the Department of English, the College of Humanities and the Institute of the Environment.
