Date: Jan 08, 2024

Open Enrollment is underway for the Student Health Insurance Plan and CampusCare. Please note that all students who were enrolled in either the Student Health Insurance Plan or CampusCare for Fall 2023 will be automatically re-enrolled within 3 business days of registering for the Spring 2024 semester. The appropriate premium for Spring 2024 coverage will be billed to the student's Bursar's account.

All University of Arizona students who are registered for classes will receive open enrollment email notifications from our office, similar to this announcement. The email notifications will be sent to the student's official University of Arizona email address (@arizona.edu).

The University of Arizona requires that all international students on non-immigrant visas (degree and non-degree seeking, resident or non-resident tuition) enroll in the University of Arizona Student Health Insurance Plan unless they qualify for an exemption.

Graduate students receiving a Graduate Assistantship must enroll in coverage to receive the University of Arizona Student Health Insurance Plan benefit.

The last day of the Student Health Care Open Enrollment is January 24, 2024. This is the last day students can add, cancel, or change their coverage selection. Once the Open Enrollment closes, no exceptions can be made for any changes. Certain qualifying life events will allow one to come onto the plan outside of an open enrollment period, provided arrangements are made no later than 30 days from the qualifying life event.

INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS: Should not cancel coverage through their UAccess Student Center account. If eligible for an exemption, they must submit an exemption request by the published deadline.
