Student Healthcare Options Fall 2022 Open Enrollment
September 6, 2022, is the last day of the Fall Student Healthcare Options Open Enrollment. This is the last day to add, cancel or make changes to their enrollment. Certain qualifying life events will allow a student to come onto the plan outside of an open enrollment period, providing arrangements are made within 30 days of the qualifying event. Please contact the Campus Health Insurance office for further information.
Please be advised that only students who were enrolled in the Student Health Insurance Plan or CampusCare for the spring/summer 2022 coverage period will be automatically re-enrolled within three business days of showing a fall registration unit.
The University of Arizona mandates that all international students on non-immigrant visas (degree and non-degree seeking, resident or non-resident tuition) be enrolled in the Student Health Insurance Plan unless one qualifies for an exemption.
Newly appointed Graduate Assistants/Associates (GA) or those who missed the previous enrollment must enroll for coverage to receive the Student Health Insurance Plan benefit.
All email notifications go directly to the student's official University of Arizona (@arizona.edu) email address in compliance with The University of Arizona email policy.

Student Health Insurance Plan: Enrollment Guide Cancellation Guide
The Arizona Board of Regents' Student Health Insurance Plan has changed insurance carriers from Aetna Student Health to United Healthcare StudentResources. The plan will continue to be a top-tier medical health insurance policy. Coverage extends nationwide and has an emergency benefit worldwide.

Campuscare: Enrollment Guide Cancellation Guide
This is a health care option limited to services provided within Campus Health. This product is not health insurance and does not cover any services received in the community.

International Students: Should not cancel coverage through their UAccess Student Center account; they must submit an exemption request.
Commercial Insurance: Students with existing coverage, Campus Health is a participating provider to most United Healthcare, Aetna, Cigna, Health Net, and Blue Cross/Blue Shield plans for Primary Care Services. Students should verify with their insurance carrier.
Effective Fall '22, New/Future Arizona Online students will no longer be eligible for the Student Health Insurance Plan. However, Arizona Online students currently enrolled in the Student Health Insurance Plan will continue to be eligible until graduation, change in eligibility status, or coverage is canceled during the Open Enrollment period.
