Are you a University employee or student with a child age 12 or younger? 

Are you a University employee or student who plans to have, adopt or foster a child in the next two years? 

You are invited to complete the Child Care Survey by Tuesday, Sept. 6. Your valuable input will deepen our understanding of current child care needs and inform ongoing conversations about how to best meet these needs. 

The survey takes about 20 to 25 minutes to complete. Your responses will be saved as they are entered. Use the same survey link to return at a later time, if needed.

To complete the survey, you will need to login using your NetID to verify that you are a University of Arizona employee or student. Your name and your individual responses will remain confidential. 

The deadline to complete the Child Care Survey is Tuesday, Sept. 6, 2022.
