Subject: Temporary Office Relocation for Provost and RII

Please be advised that the Office of the Provost and the Office of Research, Innovation and Impact will be relocated temporarily for renovations beginning in December.

Office of the Provost: Starting December 9, the Office of the Provost will temporarily be housed in new locations as the current location on the fifth floor of the Administration building undergoes renovation. Provost Liesl Folks and her executive associate, Clarisa Robles, will be on the fourth floor of the Administration building, and the remaining staff on the fifth floor will be located in the Slonaker House (1027 E. Second Street), with the reception area located in Room 105. All staff will keep their office phone numbers during this time. The estimated duration of this renovation is estimated at three to four months.

Office of Research, Innovation and Impact: Beginning the week of December 9, the Research, Innovation and Impact administration offices will be moving from its current location on the sixth floor of the Administration building while renovations are taking place. Senior Vice President for Research and Innovation Elizabeth "Betsy" Cantwell and her executive associate, Christina Mena, along with most of the administration staff, will be housed on the fifth floor of the Louise Foucar Marshall Building (845 N. Park Ave.). Renovations are expected to be completed by March.
