If you are already considering presenting as a panel or an individual for the March 10-19, 2023 South by Southwest (SXSW) general conference, the Experience Team is here to help.

Applications are due July 24th for the main conference, and community voting is August 9-21. 

How can we help?

  • Provide successful prior applications as exemplars.
  • Facilitate finding and/or selecting media for your submission.
  • Help promote your submission during the voting period.
  • Edit to the tight word limits if necessary and submit via the University's SXSW portal.
  • If your proposal is selected, we will promote your presentation on the University of Arizona Wonder House website, and in its communications to SXSW audiences, alongside the activation content. In addition, there may be opportunities to present at the Wonder House for an encore.

Please note that applications for WONDER HOUSE content are separate, and will go live in August, however, the Wonder House activation team will keep any existing SXSW proposals on file for consideration.
