The Office of Digital Learning and the Office of Instruction and Assessment recently merged into a new unit, the University Center for Assessment, Teaching & Technology (UCATT).  The merger allows both units to provide more consistent and comprehensive support for teaching and learning across all University of Arizona programs and in all teaching modalities. For more information about UCATT, go to teaching.arizona.edu.

Part of UCATT's mission is to explore and apply learning-centered teaching practices using technologies that enhance the instructional process. UCATT offers a variety of tools and resources for faculty and staff including educational training and webinars.

Next week, UCATT, in partnership with UITS, will offer a webinar that will cover the newest Zoom features important to faculty and staff including the Zoom Apps, waiting rooms, polls, and the spotlight feature, just to name a few. This is a great opportunity to get the latest information about using these features in Zoom before the fall semester begins!
