Subject: UA Parking & Transportation Services (PTS) will become a Service Billing Unit Beginning April 1, 2014

Date: March 31, 2014

Effective April 1, 2014, PTS will become a Service Billing Unit. This will expedite and streamline processes when ordering goods or services from PTS. Some examples of services offered by PTS are: reserving a space(s) for an event or a guest(s), purchasing visitor permits, requesting shuttle services, cart services and driver services.

How to Request services from PTS:

The ordering department may contact PTS Visitor Programs at 626-4722 or mace@email.arizona.edu or PTS Special Events at: 621-3300 or etapia@email.arizona.edu.

How to pay for services:

The ordering department will be required to give PTS a seven-digit account number, an object code, (optional sub-account, sub-object code and project code) and an authorization to post charges to that account, along with what services are needed.

An invoice will be generated by PTS and processed in UAccess.

PTS will post charges directly to the seven-digit account number of the ordering department after services have been completed. Additional approval is not needed for PTS to do so. A processed invoice will be emailed to the customer.

Additional information is available on the Financial Services website. Copy and paste the following link: http://policy.fso.arizona.edu/fsm/900/910#. We are excited to offer this service to the campus community.
