UAccess Financials, the University's enterprise financial management system, will be upgraded and migrated to Amazon Web Services' cloud on Monday, February 19. 

Because of the time needed for this migration, UAccess Financials will be unavailable from 6:00 a.m., Friday, February 16, to 8:00 a.m., Monday, February 19. Other enterprise systems, including Analytics, will remain available during this time and payroll checks will be issued as normal.

What's changing?

  • The upgraded UAccess Financials application will look very different, but most functionality will remain the same. 
  • Kuali, the software base for UAccess Financials, has moved to a paperless environment and will no longer support printing directly from the webpage (screen printing). Printing will still work with other essential documents like Disbursement Voucher coversheets, POs and exportable reports. Departments will need to talk with their IT departments to find a solution if they need to "screen print."
  • Workflow, organization review structure, accounts, and access, will all be carried forward with the upgrade.
  • If you do not see the new upgraded UAccess Financials homepage upon login on February 19, please clear your browser's cache and try again.
