Subject: UAConnect365 Email/Calendar Migrations in Progress

Date: August 15, 2017

Campus colleges and units are in the process of migrating UAConnect email/calendar accounts to UAConnect365, the cloud email service provided by Microsoft Office 365. These migrations affect all faculty, staff, student workers with Catworks accounts, designated campus colleagues (DCCs), and retirees.

Many accounts are already in UAConnect365 and the rest are being scheduled to move, with all migrations to be completed in October 2017.

  • If you forward your email, your forward will also be migrated.
  • Emails after migration will not be stored in the UAConnect365 inbox by default. This can be changed.
  • You should do a one-time login to Office 365 after migration to ensure that no email was delivered between when mailbox migration was completed and when the forward was migrated.
