UA's Childcare-Support Programs Invite New Enrollees
The enrollment process will soon begin for the 2019–2020 childcare-support programs offered through UA Life & Work Connections. We invite you to review the information below and enroll early to take advantage of these programs.
Childcare Choice
The 2019–2020 Childcare Choice – Employee Program provides benefits-eligible employees a reimbursement of up to $2,000 annually* per houshold for qualifying childcare in Arizona.
- Application materials will be available July 1, a full month in advance of enrollment. This provides you time to complete materials and get signatures.
- Enrollment will open on August 1 (one month later than in previous years).
To Apply:
- Beginning on July 1, download the Enrollment Verification Form.
- Complete the form and have your childcare provider sign it.
- Beginning on August 1, upload the completed Enrollment Verification Form with your 2019-2020 UA Childcare Choice Program E-Application.
*Available enrollee slots are prioritized based on enrollment date.
Sick and Back-Up Childcare
UA partners with third-party vendor Trusting Connections, LLC, to provide benefits-eligible employees a backup childcare option. Enrollees in this program are able to request temporary in-home childcare from a Trusting Connections caregiver for only $5 per hour.
Enrollment for the 2019–2020 Sick and Back-Up Childcare opens July 1. Enrollment is free. You must be enrolled before requesting backup childcare.
To Enroll:
- Beginning on July 1, fill out the UA Employee Registration E-form.
- Trusting Connections will then email you a Vendor Registration Form with next steps.
