Undergraduate General Petition Deadlines

The University General Petitions process will not be available during the summer months. Students and faculty should be alerted now to the following deadlines:

  • May 2: Last day for students and colleges to submit petitions to the Office of Registration & Transcripts, Administration Building, first-floor lobby, Room 210
  • June 5: Decisions on petitions presented for review for the academic year 2012-2013 will be completed
  • Aug. 26: The University General Petitions process becomes available for the 2013-2014 academic year 

Please remember, there are new procedures and new forms for the retroactive withdrawal policy. For more information on the General Petitions process visit the General Petitions website:  http://www.registrar.arizona.edu/petitions or you may send an email to the General Petitions Committee: petition@email.arizona.edu.
