The University of Arizona is conducting a search for an applicant tracking system vendor. This project is currently in the RFP phase, with a selection expected to take place in the fall semester.

The goal of the project is to provide the UA with a comprehensive web-based applicant tracking system that will:

  • Automate and streamline the recruitment process 
  • Improve candidate communication
  • Maintain compliant and defensible audit trails
  • Collect data required by law
  • Promote the UA brand
  • Utilize reporting and metrics

This initiative involves a wide array of internal and external stakeholders. 

Once we have selected a vendor, we will announce the next steps and will keep our colleagues informed on how they might be affected.
