As we prepare to welcome thousands of visitors to campus to celebrate the Class of 2023 on Friday, May 12, our goal is a seamless transition from regular operations to the celebratory activities across the University and at Commencement in Arizona Stadium. 

To achieve this goal, we are asking employees to work from home that day, if possible. The University is also granting four hours of University release time (paid leave) to be used on Friday, May 12, after 12 p.m. for all staff, faculty, graduate assistants/associates and student workers, whether working from a University location or from home.

Those who must remain on campus to support University and/or Commencement operations will still receive the four hours of University release time. The hours should be used by May 28.
