Due to the new requirements related to the accessibility of the UA's public online content, departments are now responsible for ensuring that public media is captioned. The Disability Resource Center will continue to ensure video material is captioned for individual disability accommodation requests – including access to both course material and campus events. DRC has worked with the captioning companies to set up several webinars about captioning services.

A webinar on May 2nd at 11am Arizona time (2pm ET) presented by 3Play Media will give a brief intro to captioning, show off their different features and explain how to set up and use an account with 3Play. More information and how to register is listed below as well as in the attached PDF.
