Date: Mar 06, 2019

According to Harvard Business Review, "When men are deliberately engaged in gender inclusion programs, 96 percent of organizations see progress – compared to only 30 percent of organizations where men are not engaged."

The interactive workshop "A Male Ally: Strategies for an Equitable World," led by UA doctoral student Michael Brasher, provides actionable steps to increase the success of an organization's diversity and gender equity efforts. Participants will walk away with different strategies they can apply for men to be better allies, and for women to facilitate the process.

Please RSVP now to join Thursday, March 14, from 10 to 11:30 a.m. in the Saguaro Room of El Portal.
