To facilitate a seamless transition from regular operations to the celebratory Commencement activities on Friday, May 10, employees who normally work at Tucson main campus are asked to work from home that day, if possible.
The University is also granting four hours of University release time (paid leave) to be used after noon on Friday. This can be used by anyone who normally would be scheduled to work on Friday afternoon, whether working from a University location, remotely or outside the state of Arizona.
If you must remain on campus or must work a full day to support University and/or Commencement operations, you will still receive the four hours of University release time. The hours should be used by May 26.
